No great success is achieved unless great failures are met. In order to achieve great success, we must face painful failures along the way. Do not fear of failures is my advice. It’s just a result of what you have tried. The more results we have got, the better the outcome will be because you know what works and what not.
I mentioned about the secret and about what do you want in previous post. What exactly you want. It’s also called goals. But when people hear about goals, they got scared. It’s like a term that lead to the fear of failure. They link goal to some kind of tough work and pain. That’s why many don’t want to say goal. It’s ok as long as you know it is what you want.
Back to being linked to pain which is triggered by the tough work, and stressful situation. I heard Tony Robbins auido motivation CD, and he said our mind link certain things with pain and pleasure. Human is plain simple, the number one immediate action people will take is to avoid the pain. Stay away from the pain, then only if these are no more and issue, we will go for pleasure.
Before I embark into any future projects that going to earn money, I feel I need to get my foundation right. Many things happened in my past has become what I am today. My subconscious mind link certain things to pain or pleasure. I must get my association right, I must get my mental right before I can approach anything.
I know that, few qualities we must have in order to be really successful. The belief system is one of it. You must absolutely believe things that you are doing will work, and the ‘what you want’ target, you will achieve it. This will lead to the never say die attitude. And the whole thing has chain effects on each other, as you instill the persistent power, the passion, the drive, the motivation and many other positive energy.
Let me link all these to one single most powerful energy of the universe, the gravity. Imagine how powerful this energy that pull everything, even light cannot escape. I refer to the blackhole. If we develop our mental power into a blackhole, just imagine what you can achieve. You will achieve whatever you want.
Yes, I’m happy to get my blog up. It’s been a long time since I wanted to setup my own blog but was doing so much of this and that until I finally made it despite the pile of works and chores. Guess what, it was like a year ago I wanted to do this but was held back due to my stubborn and persistent procrastination (contradict with my previous line excuse).
Man, it’s hard to shake off this habit, and I know I wanted to blame it on my workloads instead of my stupid procrastination attitude. So, what changed, I mean it could always be another week, another month or another year..
Ok, I’m scared.. that’s it.. the biggest motivation of all is I fear. I don’t know where am I heading.. I work like a headless chicken, not knowing which direction to go.. I’m at nowhere. I was not taking heed the advice from my aunt who was saying, it’s all that your brain can do now, but what about when you grow old.. you cannot outwit the younger generation, and as you grow old, your employer tends to kick you out because of your big fat salary and your big fat ass.
Gone are the days when your experience are treasured and valued. It’s no more the old type of traditional Chinaman or Japanese business where old, loyal and experienced staffs are appreciated and rewarded. In the modern business, companies are shrewd and profits and earning dominate all.
But hey, what all these have to do with my retirement plan? Well, I drafted out a plan. I know despite of my heavy schedule I need to execute this. I need to make my online presence counts. I felt my future is in the online world. The power of internet is unlimited, the sky are the limit but there’s really no limit in the online sphere.
Michio Kaku once said, internet is type 1 class of communication, and I believe in him. It’s very true. Travel back to the day when telephone was invented (type 0 class) where the intention was to improve our communication and connect people. The system got more complicated with PBX system and PABX system connecting all the telephone line network.
Internet then was making it’s presence and was hooked up into this complex telephone system with modem. Then come the wireless system in mobile phone with GSM network, GPRS, now the 3G connection which is even further improve internet connectivity with the broadband high speed capability.
Nowadays, look at the ever popular Facebook and Twitter revolutionize human connection. You can get on it from your desktop PC, your laptop, your blackberry, your iphone, and many other gadgets. You can connect with people in seconds, any place , anywhere at anytime.
So, it’s the best time for whoever to get on to the online world and start to make your online presence. Number of people getting online has exponentiated. It’s no doubt an unlimited source and unlimited abundance. Build your store here, build your empire here, build your organization here, give your service here, and just about anything that you can do online that serve people and you will be rewarded.
