Well, these couple of days I have been battling with the flu virus.I have been exposed to the virus in numerous times as my kids was having it, but I remain strong until last weekend when after visited a hospital, my condition deteriorate.
Suddenly, my immune system gives way to the virus. I keep pumping in the vitamin C at about 300mg a day. No help, as it’s too late. But I didn’t want to give up. I went to the herbal medicine shop to buy strong herbal remedy for influenza.
After taken 3 times in 1 day, I felt much better, but I was so sleepy, that I missed out to update this blog yesterday. I finished the herb pills and was ok, but the virus seems to be still lurking around.
I still get a few hundred mg of vitamin C, so hope it can help to alleviate this sickness.
