No great success is achieved unless great failures are met. In order to achieve great success, we must face painful failures along the way. Do not fear of failures is my advice. It’s just a result of what you have tried. The more results we have got, the better the outcome will be because you know what works and what not.
So, once we have our goal firmly in our mind, and that the mind will be all out and persist as we had instilled the association of pain and pleasure to the target, it’s time to find the success we are looking for.
How to be successful in certain things we are pursuing? Look around for successful persons and copy from them. Really, what we need is a mentor, a person to guide, a model successful person to follow base on what area and path we are heading to.
Here is an example, so suppose we want to be successful to become a car sales agent, we should be setting ourself to follow those who already in the industry for a long time and achieved great result and copy from them. Nevermind being an assistant to him/her, just take that period of time to learn from the person.
I have seen a person who is a mechanic, but decided to quit the job and follow a master in direct selling. And he learned as much as he possibly could and now he is few years down the road to totally financial independance which he can only dream had he stay with the mechanic profession.
The idea is to follow the successful person, and I heard from Tony Robbins said in a seminar, success leaves traces, meaning that we can follow the trace and be successful like them.
Well, I have been asked after I had posted ‘The Secret’ subject. The question is, if by applying “The Secret’, why not all those who tried the method are successful.
The thing with if everyone is doing the thing that was claimed to be successful, then why not everyone is successful. Many people had tried and successful, but many more failed. So why some are successful and why most not successful.
Average people have the tendency to give up easily. Many have the evil side of them asking them to quit. Many also have a belief system that is weak, many do not have the patience, many are not persistent enough, many have bad influence by people surrounding them, and many more.
Like I have heard from a seminar, the success people have achieved are not so obvious. Sometimes in life, there are simply so many variables that mix together to become whatever outcome it will be, whether successful or not. That means it’s not easy to decode and backtrack to what you did right that yield the result.
Any factors in those variables will affect the result. So, it’s all boiled down to one thing. If you really want the ‘what do you want’ really intense enough, you will achieve it, no matter how many experiments you made, or how many different combination of variables you put in, eventually you will reach your goal just like what Thomas Edison did with his light bulb, just like founder of KFC, the founder of Fedex, Henry Ford and many more great people.
Sometimes, we as human really need to be pushed. If it’s pain that is ruling you, you will find a way out, just as if the pleasure is great enough, you will find a way to achieve it too.

Previously, I said that by writing your ‘What you want’ down you are already on the road to success because there are so many people out there not doing this. Don’t ask me why, but study shows it works this way. So you have to keep the faith.
Sometimes, the thing you want come in an unexpected way, sometimes you need to put in your effort, but whatever it is, the brain is doing the work without you knowing it.
The ultimate machine is actually our brain. It is doing all sorts of things that can be linked to the ‘What you want’ and this includes emission of brain waves that can attract the things that are required to attain the goals.
Knowing this, it is important for us to nourish it so that it can give us whatever we desire.
Having said so, there are 2 things that the brain needs. Tangible which is. physically and intangible which is mentally or spiritually.
Physically, it needs the right ingredients to boost the power. The brain needs glucose to work, and this glucose come from complex carbohydrate and simple carbohydrate.
The best carbohydrate comes from the complex carbohydrate because it can release the glucose gradually into the bloodstream which will then flow into the brain to supply the fuel needed for the brain to function to the fullest. So what are these foods that are supplying the complex carbohydrate?
Food in the form of grain, wholemeal or wholegrain, vegetable and fruits are where these complex carbohydrate come from. Furthermore, the best time is the morning when you consume these food, it will boost the brain tremendously.
Then the simple carbohydrate which come in the form of liquid like glucose drink, soft drink, syrup, honey and others can directly injected into our blood stream which provide temporary boost but it is shortlived. Besides too much of it will cause the system to store the sugar thus reduce the sugar in the blood stream. These cannot be consumed excessively so we have to becareful with simple carbohydrate.
On the other side of the brain needs which is the spiritual nourishment where it’s equally important to provide adequately. This can be achieved by doing 2 things, ie. giving it the muscle by exercising it via rigorous training and practices, like answering questions, IQ test, reading, etc. Another thing is by giving the brain the rest by meditation and keeping it calm. It is said that it will connect to spiritual mind and the higher self where the ultimate power is.
You can say it is a miracle when some people can achieve their dream unexpectedly ie. winning lottery or lucky draws, and some people will need some extra works, but ultimately, it is the brain that is doing the work.
So make sure, we give it the right material for it to function to the fullest.

Being a vivid fan of BrawnGP and Jenson Button, the emotion yesterday was so great. I was updating my BrawnGP fansite and I was not knowing that it’s already 3:30am.. and it seems so unreal because ever since I was supporting Honda F1, and now BrawnGP, never came accross my mind that BrawnGP can surpass Formula 1 giants like Ferrari and McLaren.
I really going to take inspiration from BrawnGP that anything is possible. You dare to dream, it’s like what Jenson had wanted it 21 years ago since he was a kid.
He persevered, went through the pain and agony of countless failures and unfortunates. He had his downs, at one time Jenson seems to have lost everything, girlfriend left, career in jeopardy, unknown future.
Maybe, and just maybe the angel had come to rescue Jenson in the form of a mixed Argentine and Japanese model. Jessica Michibata, came and brought Jenson back to his feet and from the brink of total disaster.
But his perseverance never ceased even when Honda dumped the team during the bad economic downturn. Ross Brawn and Nick Fry on the rescue bailed the team out and form who would have thought the best team in 2009. You got to dig deep into the 50s to find a new team to have won the championship on the first year.
I am going to fight just as hard to achieve my dream, thank you Jenson Button and BrawnGP for this precious piece of inspiration. I have no doubt I will succeed.
